Checking Status of the repair

Once a ticket is created and we recieve your device, you can check repair status from your account panel. Please click here to login and then click on my repairs to check its status.

How can we pay?

You can either pay by cash when you pickup your device or pay using online invoice we send after repair is successful!

What are the Shipping cost?

If you mail in your device to us. You pay for shipping to us and if repair is successful we cover the shipping cost back to you. Incase the repair is unsuccessful you can either pay us for return shipping or we can recycle your device free of cost for you!

What is the warranty on repairs provided?

We provide 90 days warranty on our repairs provided.Warranty does not cover any physical or water damage that occured after we performed repair.Please note that we take extremely water damage devices for only data recovery and we can't provide warranty on those repairs. Please read our terms and conditions for repair warranty.

How much is the turn around time?

The turn around time of our repairs is 1-5 business days. Please note that in some circumstances it may take longer. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
